Fiesta Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans bean dip
- 1 6 oz carton avocado dip
- can substitute with homemade version:
- 2-3 avacados pureed.
- juice of one lemon
- approx. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- salt and garlic powder
- can substitute with homemade version:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- can substitute taco seasoning with:
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- can substitute taco seasoning with:
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 can pitted olives (slice most, but leave a few for decoration)
- 1 1/5 cup (12 oz) monterey jack cheese, shredded.
Instructions
Mix 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, and taco seasoning.
Layer in 9x13” pan in order listed. Serve with tortilla chips.
