Ingredients

  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 1 6 oz carton avocado dip
    • can substitute with homemade version:
      • 2-3 avacados pureed.
      • juice of one lemon
      • approx. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
      • salt and garlic powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
    • can substitute taco seasoning with:
      • 2 tsp chili powder
      • 1/4 tsp onion powder
      • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 can pitted olives (slice most, but leave a few for decoration)
  • 1 1/5 cup (12 oz) monterey jack cheese, shredded.

Instructions

Mix 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, and taco seasoning.

Layer in 9x13” pan in order listed. Serve with tortilla chips.
