Simple and delicious dish for holiday meals. (Not really Swiss, save for the cheese).


  • 1 pkg frozen broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 oz swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 jar pimientos
  • 1 small can french-fried onions
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


Thaw frozen bags of vegetables in microwave for around 5 minutes. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cheese, pepper, sour cream, pimiento and 1/2 can onions.

Pour into quart casserole dish and bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Top with cheese and onions and bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer.
